After much success independently, Three West Partners Kevin Endres, P.E., Rick Deneweth, CPA, J.D., and Stephanie Endres, came together in 2007 with a specific vision: to provide a service beyond any other commercial real estate brokerage in the area.
With decades of developments and deals between them, they are a team of experts -- all licensed real estate agents -- but also CPAs, attorneys, engineers, developers, and small business owners.
Too often, real estate projects, problems, and deals end without a satisfactory outcome…usually because broader skill sets weren’t involved from the start. Three West was formed to fill that niche and provide the comprehensive services needed for successful Michigan commercial real estate transactions.
Three West clients include small business owners, doctors and medical offices, industrial companies, and others. Regardless of industry, what those clients have in common is they seek to make the right commercial real estate decisions for their business, without having to become an expert themselves.
Over the course of their careers, the members of Three West have handled developments and projects in northern Michigan, west Michigan, metropolitan Detroit, and northwest Ohio.
